Our Story

Bienes Raíces Panamá was founded in 2017 in Panama City with a simple observation: Panama's residential market had no shortage of good developments, but few options for buying them that offered a single, licensed point of contact across regions. Most agencies specialized in one neighborhood or one type of property. We built a portfolio instead — a curated set of developments spanning Panama's Pacific beaches, its capital city, and its mountain interior, all vetted for construction quality, legal title, and realistic resale and rental demand.

Today our team works with buyers relocating from the United States, Canada, and Europe, as well as Panamanian nationals purchasing a second home or investment property. Because Panama's title system allows foreign nationals to hold real estate with the same ownership rights as citizens, a large share of our buyers are purchasing property in the country for the first time, often alongside a Pensionado or Friendly Nations visa application. Our bilingual sales team is accustomed to coordinating remote video tours, financing introductions, and closing logistics for clients who are not yet in the country.

How We Work

We represent a limited number of developments at any given time rather than operating an open marketplace listing every property on the market. Each project in our portfolio — currently spanning Gorgona, Punta Pacífica, Boquete, and Playa Venao — is personally toured and reviewed by our team before it is added to the site, and we maintain an ongoing relationship with each developer through delivery and beyond.

Our marketing operation is registered under ACOBIR License No. PA-5209, and our advisors hold current Panamanian real estate licensure.
